Healthier Corned Beef and Cabbage?  Why Not!

Have you been looking for a healthier take on corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day next week? If so, take a look at this one, which has the added benefit of being a single dish slow cooker meal! If a spice packet does not come with your corned beef brisket, you can make your own with peppercorns, allspice, coriander, bay leaves, and mustard seeds.
