5/7/2018 0 Comments Easy Grilling MarinadeNow that grilling season is upon us, I thought I would share one of my favorite marinades. It is easy, delicious, and can be used on beef or chicken. I often marinate meats for several days, unwrapping them as soon as I get home from the store and putting them in airtight containers with marinade right away for grilling later in the week. This one makes the rotation almost every week:
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp fresh ginger 1tsp fresh garlic Pepper to taste This is enough for about two pounds of meat. Make sure you rotate your container several times for even marinade distribution. Happy grilling!
